Finding Inspiration in Every Note
Akshay, the Founder and Director of Scherzo Piano Academy, is a passionate piano educator and performer with years of experience.
His musical journey began at a young age and gradually evolved into a mission — to inspire and empower students through meaningful music education.
He blends structured learning (like the Alfred and Trinity syllabi) with creative elements such as Bollywood influences and improvisation.
His approach goes beyond technique, aiming to help students connect with music emotionally and express themselves with confidence.
My Mission
Our mission is to create a generation of musicians who not only play with skill, but also with soul.
We believe music is an ever-expanding world — no matter how much you learn, there’s always something more to discover. With this in mind, we don’t just teach songs; we guide students to understand the language of music deeply, so they can explore it independently.
At Scherzo, we strive to:
